Our policies and cleaning practices regarding turn over services fall in line with both Airbnb and VRBO for claims and cleanliness. All services include: -Entry/ Exit Video to help with documentation of how guest received and left the property. -Report of anything damaged, missing or items left behind. Standard Turnover Services: -Quick Flip: Dust/ clean any noticeably dusty or fingerprinted items; Cleaning & sanitizing sinks, toilets, showers, mirrors and countertops in bathroom; Cleaning and sanitizing stovetop, inside microwave, countertops, sinks, and clearing contents of fridge; Emptying dishwasher if it was run; Floors are vacuumed and mopped; Small waste baskets are emptied Trash is taken to the curb; Linens changed and rooms are reset; Restock and reset amenities; If a washer and dryer is available on site, one load can be done on quick setting. -Premium: Everything included in the Quick-Flip; Video include outside premises/ Porches/ Patios/ Garages & Furniture; More attention to detail; Folding TP and hand towels; Dusting blinds, end tables, shelves, and furniture as needed; Dusting/ wet wiping all tables inside and outside, as needed; Sweeping garages/ patios/ porches as needed; Trash is taken to the curb or removed from premises(up to 3 bags); A full deep cleaning with items rotated throughout the year. -Cross-trained Premium: Everything included in Premium Services; Videos stored for up to 6 months. Cross-trained cleaners! 1. Handle every day cleanings with expert service. 2. Handle routine maintenance checks with things like: regular smoke detector checks and battery refresh; door battery changeouts(batteries included); routine checks to make sure fire extinguishers are charged; and air filter change outs(filter not included). 3. Have the capabilities to handle things that may come up. Cross-trained cleaners have general knowledge and training for a variety of common issues that may come up and access to our experts to provide services that may come up. We also offer preventative maintenance and routine maintenance plans and packages, hurricane prep, home watch & lock outs. Maintenance and Repairs vary. If cross-trained cleaners are used, you save substantially on maintenance and repairs.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. No-Shows, cancellations, and rescheduling within 24 hours of scheduled appointment will incur fees, loss of deposits or payment, membership revocation or similar. Please respect the hard working tradesmen and women who serve our members!
