Perfect for any home that is maintained, but needs extra attention to detail on items not regularly cleaned. Systematically cleaning your home top to bottom and room by room! We help members customize their level of cleaning, allowing clean and comfort to fit your budget. Good, better, and best custom cleaning plans to fit your needs. Seasonal Cleaning includes "Premium Cleaning Items" and some "Deep Clean Items." However, the focus is more specific to items only done periodically, such as: interior windows and doors; behind/ under appliances or furniture; closets; dryer vents and screens; cleaning interior of washer, dryer, dishwasher, fridge, or oven; cleaning hot water tank areas or utility closets; tops of cabinetry; garages, patios, and porches. Things to know & Policies: Upgrades and ala cart items may be added in advance only. Nothing over 8 ft or moving furniture is included; approval is needed in advance and additional equipment and charges apply. To best utilize booked time, remove any items that may impede or slow services. Appointment must be confirmed 24 hours in advance. Cancellations/ Reschedules must be done with a minimum of 72 hours notice, fees may apply. If you do not confirm your appointment, your cleaning may be canceled and a fee will be applied. Entry and Exit Videos are conducted. Scheduling is based on availability. In general, we are booked at least a week out in advance.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. No-Shows, cancellations, and rescheduling within 24 hours of scheduled appointment will incur fees, loss of deposits or payment, membership revocation or similar. Please respect the hard working tradesmen and women who serve our members!
