Homes come in all sizes, conditions and situations. We customize cleaning plans to fit your homes needs and budget. Whether you book a full house cleaning or timed cleaning, weekly, biweekly, or monthly, we develop a list of items to rotate each cleaning. This allows everything to be cleaned regularly so you don't have to worry about it! Plan so you never need a deep cleaning again! Examples of common items rotated: Wood oil treatments | Leather Conditioning | Wiping down cabinetry Vents | Light fixtures | Fans | Washing light covers (globes, sconces, etc) Doors | Walls | Switch Plates | Windows | Baseboards Things to know & Policies: Timed Cleanings require a 2 hour minimum and preset priority list. Upgrades and ala cart items may be added in advance only. Nothing over 8 ft or moving furniture is included; approval is needed in advance and additional equipment and charges apply. Timed cleanings are based on man hours. Example: 2 man hours can be 1 person for 2 hours or 2 people for 1 hour. To best utilize booked time, remove any items that may impede or slow services. Appointment must be confirmed 24 hours in advance. Cancellations/ Reschedules must be done with a minimum of 72 hours notice, fees may apply. If you do not confirm your appointment, your cleaning may be canceled and a fee will be applied. Entry and Exit Videos are conducted. Scheduling is based on availability. In general, we are booked at least a week out in advance.
