Moving in and want to make your house truly your own? Moving out and looking to get your security deposit back? Selling your home and want it to sparkle? Good, Better, and Best options to meet your desired level of clean! We walk you through the process, evaluate your needs, and offer flexibility with standard or custom cleanings for your move in or move out. Bundle your cleaning with other services we offer, like movers, handyman, painting, carpet cleaning, etc. to save more. Don't forget if you are using Superb Curb or selling your home through SawLutions, some of your cleaning is included! Things to know & Policies: All services needed are reviewed & quoted in advance. Scheduling is based on availability. This type of cleaning requires additional time and equipment. It is recommended to schedule 4 to 6 weeks in advance. Homes are to be vacant, empty, and free of debris and trash. Appointment must be confirmed 24 hours in advance. Cancellations/ Reschedules must be done with a minimum of 72 hours notice, fees may apply. If you do not confirm your appointment, your cleaning may be canceled and a fee will be applied. Entry and Exit Videos are conducted.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. No-Shows, cancellations, and rescheduling within 24 hours of scheduled appointment will incur fees, loss of deposits or payment, membership revocation or similar. Please respect the hard working tradesmen and women who serve our members!
