Basic Timed Cleaning

Service Description

Homes come in all sizes and conditions. With a timed cleaning, we ask for you to set a priority list of items you would like addressed in the order most important to you. This allows us to take care of what matters most first and go from there with the booked time. Services to choose from: Dry dusting of cobwebs, shelves, furniture, pictures and artwork, ceiling fans, light fixtures, blinds, window sills, & items on main surfaces; cleaning outside of appliances, stovetop, inside microwave, sanitizing(no scrubbing or stain removal) kitchen and bathroom surfaces(showers/ tubs may be rinsed out after cleaned, but not dried or polished, mirrors, glass, and back splashes; floors are vacuumed and mopped; no detailing; no streak free appearance; trash is not emptied. Things to know & Policies: Timed Cleanings require a 2 hour minimum and preset priority list. Upgrades and ala cart items may be added in advance only. Nothing over 8 ft or moving furniture is included; approval is needed in advance and additional equipment and charges apply. Timed cleanings are based on man hours. Example: 2 man hours can be 1 person for 2 hours or 2 people for 1 hour. To best utilize booked time, remove any items that may impede or slow services. Appointment must be confirmed 24 hours in advance. Cancellations/ Reschedules must be done with a minimum of 72 hours notice, fees may apply. If you do not confirm your appointment, your cleaning may be canceled and a fee will be applied. Entry and Exit Videos are conducted. Scheduling is based on availability. In general, we are booked at least a week out in advance.
